we work with you.
We partner with anyone genuinely committed to doing the work properly. Not just the easy bits, the structural, awkward, slow-burn bits too.

What the work usually
looks like.
Every engagement is custom. These are the shapes our work tends to take -- from single advisory sessions through to a long-term embedded partnership.
01 • STRATEGIC ADVISORY
Cultural Advisory
By session
On-call cultural guidance for leadership teams, program designers, or anyone navigating a specific decision, program or community engagement.
TYPICALLY INCLUDES:
• Program design reviews
• RAP development & refresh
• Cultural protocol guidance
• Strategic decisions involving community
• Reviewing comms & messaging
OFTEN SUITS
Teams who need a cultural thinking partner -- not a full project.
02 • SCOPED PROJECT
Capability Building
3 - 12 month engagment
Audit your current cultural capability, build a tailored plan, and deliver the work -- workshops, training, frameworks, and systems change.
TYPICALLY INCLUDES:
• Cultural capability audit
• Tailored capability plan
• Workshop delivery to your team
• Policy & framework review
• Implementation support
OFTEN SUITS
Organisations ready to build capability properly -- not a one-off training day.
03 • LONG-TERM
Strategic Partnership
Ongoing • 12 months +
Embedded support across your organisation's work. We become a long-term cultural partner, present for the slow, structural work that takes times to shift.
TYPICALLY INCLUDES:
• Monthly leadership check-ins
• Ongoing program advisory
• Community connection brokering
• Quarterly cultural reviews
• Always-on cultural support
OFTEN SUITS
Organisations serious about long-term cultural change and willing to invest in it.

QUESTION, ANSWERED
Common questions.
How much does this cost?
It depends on the engagement. Cultural Advisory starts from an hourly rate; Capability Building is project-priced based on scope; Strategic Partnership is structured as an annual retainer. The discovery yarn is free, and you'll get clear pricing in your proposal.
Do you only work in Sydney?
No. We're based in Western Sydney but work Australia-wide. Most engagement run hybrid -- some in-erson sessions, the rest via Zoom or scheduled calls.
We've done cultural training before. Why is this different?
Most cultural training is a one-day workshop with no follow-through - and no change. Our work is structural. We help you embed cultural practice into how your team actually operates, build real partnerships with community, and shift the way decisions get made. It's not a training day. It's a capability build.
Can you work with us on Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)?
Yes - RAP development, RAP refresh, and most importantly, RAP implementation. We help you actually do the things you've committed to, not just write them down.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery yarns happen within 7 business days. From there, depending on the scope, work can usually start within 2-4 weeks. For long-term partnerships, we typically begin within a month of the agreement being signed.
Will you co-design with our community partners?
Always. If you're working with Aboriginal community, the community needs to be in the room. We facilitate those relationships and make sure community gets paid properly for their knowledge and time.
